Early 18th century oak and ash turners armchair of very fine proportions, with the use of very slim spindles throughout with simple gouge rings as decoration to the ends of the rails. The seat rails carved with a simple form of guillouche with painted decoration to the upper and lower sections of rails as well as within some of the turned sections.
