Description

Charles II joined oak armchair, the baluster turned legs joined by plain lower stretcher rails with cutout and deep moulded seat rails. The twin panel back rest with plain lower panel and carved arcaded upper panel with interlaced designs being flanked by carved uprights with renaissance decorations. The upper rail carved with the date 1688 and a fan cresting above. The quality of the chair is superb.
