Description

Charles II oak carved centre table, possibly intended for a library. Dated and initialed TF 1654 HW on the central pendant on the frieze rail, which is carved with jewelled strap work designs, joined by baluster turned legs. The upper sections of the front legs carved with an Owl and a Fox.

Rare collector’s piece.
