Description
Charles II yew wood gate leg table with single drawer, the legs and rails twist turned, with an extra X frame joined to the lower stretchers with an applied turning. A near identical table is illustrated in Victor Chinnery, Oak furniture the British Tradition, page 311, figure: 3:234.
Another table made in the same timber and by the same hand is shown in the second image, sold by Marhamchurch Antiques in 2020.
