Description

Elizabeth I joined oak and carved armchair, the baluster turned legs with nulled and leafy decoration joined by guillouche carved lower stretcher rails with the back lower legs carved with plumed feathers, the seat rails carved with scrolled lunettes. The large back rest panel carved with botanical imagery within a carved arcade being flanked by two carved figures and S-scrolled frieze rail. Old repairs.
