Description

Elizabeth I joined oak and carved livery cupboard with pot board. The four bulbous cup and cover supports carved with acanthus leaf and gadrooned decoration. The midway drawer carved with leafy and gadrooned designs, above this the twin door cupboard with lozenge carved panels flanking a a central arcade with floral decoration.

A cupboard illustrated in S W Wolsey has the very same carved bulbous cup and cover supports images 24 and 25.
