Henry VIII canted oak buffet

English renaissance canted oak buffet with applied medallians and birds within heavy framed panels. The lower tier with linenfold panels and pendants. This is a very pure renaissance piece and with the italianate decoration this could have been made for a high level household. A very similar buffet is in the Burrell Collection in Scotland.
