Gothic oak chest, with six narrow and tall inlaid lozenge panels to the front and three linenfold panels to each side. The original top with cleats fixed with original shell shaped nails, and original lock and hasp.

This tall chest is rare in form, for both the size and the ornament, most probably from a Church, northern French.
