Description

James I joined oak press cupboard, possibly from the Exeter region of Devon. The top carved with a lunette frieze above two strapwork carved doors flanking an arcaded floral panel with leafy spandrel, with baluster columns. The lower section of cupboard with two doors each carved with strapwork. The cupboard splits into two sections for ease of moving, the lower section restored, part of the rear proper right hand side leg tipped, front lower rail patched and half of the back boards replaced.
