Description

James I joined oak court cup-board, the upper section with two doors, carved with guilloche, above the frieze rails carved with floral lunettes. Supporting the cupboard are two figures of a male and female, quite possibly the original owners of the piece. beneath this cup and cover carved balusters, joined by carved rails.

Provenance: Donald Pearce collection, purchased by Tim Corfield antiques in the early 1980s
