Description

James I joined oak armchair. The back rest panel carved with a central rose within guilloche, the lower rail and seat rail carved with lunettes. The S-scrolled cresting rail with a thistle in the centre.

A similar chair sold in the Clive Sherwood collection Sotheby’s lot 188.
