Medieval English choir stall

Medieval carved English oak choir stall section, removed from St. Margarets Church, Leicester in the 1840s. Both stall's carved with heads, one bald headed man and the other a hooded bearded man, the back panel with original tracery sections applied. General condition very good with old repairs to make the chair usable, misericord long missing and with a replaced oak boarded seat. The last picture shown is a drawing from the beginning of the 19th century and shows the choir stalls in situ in St Margarets Church. English and Medieval
