Description

Charles I joined oak and walnut standing livery cupboard,The two gun barrel column supports joined by carved stretcher rails and upper cupboard, carved throughout with S-scrolls and intersecting patterns typical of Gloucestershire work.

Two similar livery cupboards are illustrated in Oak Furniture, Victor Chinnery, page 320, figure 3:261 and page 321, figure 3:262
