Description
Elizabeth I joined oak carved chest dated and initialed 1602 W M A. The front framed with seven panels the lower four with botanical imagery rising from the urns with faces and the upper three with scrolled foliate. The stiles and rails carved with leafy decoration S-scrolls and chainlink designs.
