Elizabeth I oak carved tester bed, the head board with twin panels carved with cartouche designs flanked by huge guilloche motifs, the canopy carved and inlaid, the posts fluted with nulling and guilloche designs. This is a near complete original build other than the frieze and cornice which have been added later using period timbers in part.
