Description

Elizabeth I joined oak carved table. The four baluster turned legs carved with fine fluting and joined by plain lower stretcher rails, the upper frieze rails carved with S-scrolls and gullioche. With the original mitred top.

A very rare table from this period, one foot with an ancient iron bracket repair and section of same foot missing.
