Description

West country Charles I carved and joined oak armchair, possibly from Taunton, Somerset. Carved with a large double heart motif and an unusal single s-scrolled cresting rail. The seat rail has a cutout which again is typical to the area. Feet tipped and a small patch repair to the back panel.
